At the other end of the spectrum, we serve a steady stream of individuals in the sale and purchase of residences and private islands, offering services such as:
• conveyancing, sale and purchase of land;
• mortgages of land;
• hotels, condominiums, time-shares and other commercial property developments (including Hotel Encouragement and Light Industry agreements); leases (including sea-bed leases); and
• title opinions and quieting titles actions.
