| Ms. Zarina M. Fitzgerald has over 15 years
of experience in Corporate and Commercial law, having
acted in all aspects of securities and in large
scale structured finance transactions, including
Initial Public Offerings and private placements
of offshore securities; the registration of and
securitization involving vessels and in real estate
transactions.
Ms. Fitzgerald, a native of Barbados, was
called to the Bar of England and Wales in 1991.
She is fluent in English and Spanish. Mrs. Fitzgerald
joined the firm of Higgs & Johnson in 2000,
as a Partner.
