| Léon R Potier
has broad experience in commercial law, with particular
emphasis on Conveyancing and Real Property Law.
Educated in his native England, he is a member of
the Bars of England and Wales and of the Turks and
Caicos Islands. He has practised in The Bahamas
since 1961.
Mr. Potier began his legal career as an Assistant
Solicitor at Messrs. Collyer-Bristow & Co
in London in 1958. He joined Higgs & Johnson
as a Partner in 2000 after nearly forty years
in the chambers of Harry B Sands & Co in Nassau.
