| Mr. K. Kelly Nottage is
a commercial litigator specialising in Banking,
Employment. Intellectual Property and Admiralty law
matters. Mr. Nottage read Theology at Worcester
College, University of Oxford and went on to obtain a
Graduate Diploma in Law from Oxford Brookes
University. He also holds a BA (Hons.) in Politics
and Philosophy from the University of Western
Ontario, Canada and is a graduate of Lakefield
College School in Canada. Mr. Nottage completed the
Bar Vocational Course at BPP Law School (Holborn)
earning a 'Very Competent' rating and was called to
the Bar of England and Wales in July 2008. He was
subsequently admitted to the Bahamas Bar in
September of the same year.
Mr. Nottage is a member of the International Bar
Association and the firm's Litigation, Intellectual
Property and Private Client & Wealth Management
practice groups. He became an Associate at Higgs & Johnson
following successful completion of his pupillage
with the firm.
