| Mrs. Jillian T
Chase-Jones is a Senior Associate in the Firm's
Private Clients and Wealth Management practice group
and has experience in international trust and
company administration, estate planning, probate,
immigration and real estate matters. She has acted
on behalf of many established trust companies in The
Bahamas as well as numerous high net worth private
clients with respect to their acquisitions of
residences, estate planning and applications for
immigration designations in The Bahamas. Mrs.
Chase-Jones also has extensive experience dealing
with various aspects of real estate transactions,
including advising on agreements for sale and
purchase, acting in residential and commercial
closings and securing governmental approvals. In
addition, she specialises in immigration law with an
emphasis on permanent residency and work permit
applications.
Mrs. Chase-Jones holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from
the University of Westminster in London, England
and was called to the Bar of England & Wales
and to the Bahamas Bar in 2002. She completed
her pupillage at Higgs & Johnson and became
an Associate in 2003. |
