| Inell E. Collie is a
leading corporate and commercial lawyer, specialising
in large scale business transactions, Banking Law,
International Trust Law and Law of Credit and Security.
Inell studied Law and Criminal Justice at The
College of The Bahamas, earning an Associate of
Arts (AA) degree in 1994. She completed a Bachelor
of Laws (LL.B) degree from the University of Keele
in England in 1997. She was called to the Bar
of England and Wales in July 1998 and was admitted
to the Bahamas Bar in that same year. In 1999
Inell received a Master of Laws (LL.M) degree
from the University of London School of Economics
and Political Science.
Ms. Collie has been a presenter on various legal
issues at internal and external seminars and writes
on a number of topics, including investment funds.
She joined Higgs & Johnson as an Associate
in 2007.
