Mr. Colin A. Jupp is a private client attorney and commercial lawyer specializing in Private Client and Wealth Management, Real Estate and Development, Securities, Financial Services Law and Regulation and Commercial Transactions. 

Mr. Jupp holds a BA (Hons.) in both History and Philosophy from the University of Western Ontario, Canada.  Mr. Jupp read law at King’s College London, University of London and obtained an LL.B with Upper Second Class Honours.  While reading law he also pursued and successfully completed a course of studies in Theology at King’s College London, for which, he was elected an Associate of King’s College.  In addition, Mr. Jupp holds an LL.M with Merit specializing in Banking and Finance Law from King’s College London, University of London.  Mr. Jupp completed the Bar Vocational Course at the Inns of Court of School of Law and was called to the Bar of England and Wales in October 2008.  He was subsequently admitted to the Bahamas Bar in December of the same year. 

Mr. Jupp is a member of The Honourable Society of the Middle Temple and the Bahamas Bar Association.  He became an Associate at Higgs & Johnson following successful completion of his pupilage.
