Higgs & Johnson understands that so much of the course of one’s life is dependent on the quality of his or her education and for more than a decade has provided the H & J Excellence in Teaching Award as a part of the Bahamas Ministry of Tourism’s Teacher of the Year programme. A cash prize, the award recognises educators who exemplify excellence in the teaching profession and leadership development.

Our attorneys have rendered meaningful assistance to groups like Rotary International, Links International and Special Olympics Bahamas. The firm has also been a contributor to the Lyford Cay Foundation in its programmes to assist the further education of Bahamian students.
