Ms. Kate Palfrey undertakes a wide range of legal
work, specialising in litigation and general
commercial law. She has advised on all areas of
commercial law, including mergers and acquisitions,
commercial disputes and investigations by regulatory
bodies.
Ms. Palfrey graduated from the University of Warwick
in 2001 with first class honours and was
subsequently awarded distinctions on both the
post-graduate diploma in law (2002) and
post-graduate diploma in legal practice (2003). She
was awarded a specialist LLM in competition law at
Kings College, London in February 2009.
Ms. Palfrey
joined Higgs & Johnson in 2009.
