Mr. Eddie Stafford's areas of practice include
Corporate and Commercial law as well as Property &
Real Estate. Mr. Stafford studied law at the
University of the Free State in South Africa and
graduated with a B. Proc degree in 1994. Thereafter,
he attended the Practical Law School of the Law
Society of South Africa. He started his articles in
1994 and was admitted as an attorney in South Africa
in 1995 and as a Conveyancer in 1996. He was
admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2003
and subsequently to the Cayman Islands Bar in 2007.
Mr. Stafford joined Truman Bodden & Company in
2008. After the merger with Higgs & Johnson on
January 1st, 2009, he continued as an Associate
specializing in Corporate/Commercial law and
Property law.
Mr. Stafford is a member of the Law Society of
England and Wales and the Cayman Islands Law
