| Ms. Carolynn Vivian
advises on all aspects of Corporate and Commercial
law in the Cayman Islands, including public and
private mergers and acquisitions, corporate and
finance transactions, restructuring and local
licensing. She also advises on the establishment,
operation and restructuring of open and
closed-ended funds, and funds listed on the Cayman
Islands Stock Exchange.
Ms. Vivian has extensive experience in Corporate
and Commercial transactions spanning four
jurisdictions. She has been involved in large share
and asset acquisitions in Australia, England, Canada
and the Cayman Islands as well as significant
finance transactions. She drafted and negotiated
essential service contracts with Europe's leading
airlines, airports and air traffic management
authorities and has a wealth of commercial leasing
experience, having practised exclusively in that
area for several years.
Ms. Vivian was admitted as a solicitor in
New South Wales in 2000 and in England and Wales in
2003 and was called to the British Columbia Bar in
2005. Prior to joining the firm she practiced at a
leading Sydney law firm, as in-house counsel and is
an alumni of Canadian firm Borden Ladner Gervais LLP. |
